Processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

According to Article 6 DS GVO (lawfulness of processing), paragraph 1, personal data is processed for the purpose of order processing and stored in electronic form – as well as on paper – in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
When using our website, every access to our homepage is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. Further personal data will not be collected, stored or processed and will not be passed on to third parties.

When visiting the website

When you visit our website , the following information will be stored by our processors until automated deletion:

• name and URL of the retrieved file,
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
• browser used,
• transfer volume,
• sites, countries, visitors
The IP addresses displayed in the log files were pseudonymised for reasons of data protection. For this, each IP address that accesses the homepage is randomly assigned a new real IP address.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (1) (f) DS GVO. In addition, we use cookies when visiting our website. Further details can be found under no. 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.

E-mail communication / Contact form

Contact is possible via the provided e-mail adress or the contact form. Here, personal data of the user is stored, which is transmitted by e-mail. In this context, it is not passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the communication. The processing of data transmitted by sending an e-mail is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DS GVO.

Information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability 

Each data subject has the right to information under Art. 15 GDPR, the  right of rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR  and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR. To exercise the aforementioned rights, you may turn to the entities mentioned in section 1 (Responsibility for data processing and contact details)


Right of objection according to Art. 21 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

You have the right at any time, for reasons arising out of your particular  situation, to object to the processing of personal data relating to you which is based on Article 6 (1) point (f) GDPR (data processing based on the legitimate interest) takes an objection; this also applies to any profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Article 4 No. 4 GDPR. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can establish compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the purposes of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

Withdrawal of consent

If you have given us consent to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw this consent at any time. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation remains unaffected.


Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority 

Pursuant to Article 77 (1) GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state you live in, work in or suspect the infringement to have taken place in, if you believe that processing of your personal data is not in line with legal provisions, in particular with the GDPR. 

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

If it is necessary for your personal data to be passed on to different recipients for different reasons, this will be done to affiliated third parties, eg. for example, we use service providers such as credit institutions, order processors, software providers, tax consultants. The order processors are selected very carefully and have their headquarters in Germany. A transfer of data to third countries (outside the European Union or the European Economic Area) only takes place, if required by law, or if you have given us your consent to do so (Art. 14 DS GVO).
